I'm Kristy Williams, founder of Beautifully Kept Co. and a licensed real estate agent based in the Texas Hill Country. For the past year, I've managed a large short-term rental property in Wimberley, and like many property owners, I found myself consistently disappointed — not just in the quality of the cleaning, but in the communication, the consistency, and the care.

Before this, I spent twenty years owning and operating a salon and spa in San Antonio. That experience taught me everything about what it means to run a service business where people arrive expecting to feel taken care of. Standards matter. Details matter. And when someone opens their home to guests who are hoping to make memories or simply escape for a while, that space deserves to be treated with intention.
